At that very moment, a yellow car came speeding toward them. The driver never noticed the small life in the road ahead. Then came a sickening bang—PUGGY collapsed onto the pavement, and blood spread across the road. Its breathing grew weaker and weaker, and the world turned quiet, cold, and still.
Yet at the moment of greatest pain, a miracle appeared.
Its soul seemed to drift free from its body and rise upward, where, through the mist, it saw a soft and holy light. From within that radiance, a compassionate figure slowly walked toward it. He bent down and gently touched PUGGY’s wounded body, as if wiping away a lifetime of suffering and pain.
But the peace did not last.
A pack of larger stray dogs, fierce and menacing, suddenly appeared. Barking and snarling, they drove PUGGY away and stole the little food it had just found. Once again, PUGGY was left with nothing. It could only curl up in the shadows and cry in silence.
Then, in that very instant, everything changed.
The clouds parted, and a soft, sacred light poured down from the sky. A warm figure slowly appeared, his eyes filled with mercy, and walked toward the trembling PUGGY. Kneeling beside it, he gently stroked its scarred body, giving it a comfort it had never known before.
At last, this holy figure lifted PUGGY into his arms and carried it through the light into a garden. There, the grass was lush, flowers bloomed in abundance, and birds sang softly in the air. In that place, there was no more cruelty, no more hunger, and no more indifference.
PUGGY, the little life the world had once forgotten, had finally found a place of peace—a heaven filled with warmth and love.
